Does LabelZoom work with Blue Yonder, JDA, or RedPrairie WMS?

What is a Printer Object File (.POF)?
A .POF file is the native label template format used by Blue Yonder's MOCA-based print engine (the platform that grew out of JDA Warehouse Management and RedPrairie). LabelZoom's Designer writes your label directly to this format, with dynamic fields automatically wired up so live shipment, order, and inventory data populate the label at print time.
Do I need to know MOCA scripting to design a label?
No. You design the label visually — placing barcodes, text, and graphics with drag-and-drop — and LabelZoom handles the underlying MOCA variable substitution when it exports the .POF file. You only need MOCA knowledge if you want to customize the data query yourself.
Is this the same for JDA and RedPrairie labels, or does Blue Yonder use a different format?
Blue Yonder was formed from the JDA and RedPrairie product lines, and its warehouse management module still runs on the same MOCA platform. The .POF export works for label templates on Blue Yonder WMS deployments regardless of which legacy product they originated from.
Can I still print the same label outside of Blue Yonder?
Yes. Since the label is designed in standard ZPL, you can also export it directly to PDF or an image, or print it to any Zebra-compatible printer outside of your WMS — the same template isn't locked to the MOCA export.
